How to remove Virus.Jeefo?

My Windows 8 computer has somehow got hit by Virus.Jeefo and now it is troubling me a lot. I am fed up of its negative impact. I can't even execute a single program on PC and facing numerous troubles. There is problem while load any application and several time PC gets unusually shut down. I don't find any solution to throw out this nasty infection from my windows computer system. I am desperately looking for an effective method to sort out this problem as quick as possible.
